Motivation is a process. It needs to be exercised and nurtured every day. Here's how to live a life of motivation.

You have come to the right site.I have designed a process and techniques that will help you achieve any of your goals: weight loss, relationships, money, career.
In this first blog I'll outline the basic steps you need to take. In my later blogs I'll elaborate on each point and ,as required, will add helpful techniques.
Let's start with the steps in the process.

- Visualization
- Prepare Yourself
- Commit Yourself To Action(s)
- Building Self-confidence
- Evaluate and Adaption
- Make It Fun
Doesn't sound too bad does it? Actually the process is relatively simple but , as is often the case in life, the application will require thought, dedication, and a belief in yourself.
Give yourself some time to digest these points and feel free to 'fill in the blanks'.
Please keep in mind that when you start to make fundamental changes in your life that such changes require management (by you or trained professionals). Further you have to understand that change is not random and doesn't happen by chance. Most importantly you have to appreciate that change is accomplished by following a process.
This process requires you to address certain fundamental issues in a logical fashion. It also requires you to have an adventurist spirit with a desire to control your own life and not be subject to other people's perceptions, fears, or obstructions.
The process is not rocket science but it does deal with how you feel, how you think, and how you want to be seen by the rest of the world.
